FAQ
Q: I am being audited by the DRE? What are they
going to look for?
A: RECOMMENDATIONS PRIOR TO A DRE AUDIT
A detailed set of written procedures should be available for each Work
Station / Staff Member directed to their job description/ work assignments.
Note: This very important consideration is not only of value in
regards to the initial impressions of the DRE, but can be invaluable in your
operational continuity. A good set of procedures would allow new or junior staff
to move into a solid production effort sooner with a minimum of mistakes and
difficulties. A good set of procedures would also allow trained "Temps" to
continue production until permanent staff can be trained or hired.
