        provides both stand-alone and internet based hosted software for both Windows and

Tenant Pro 7.5

A Property Management Software Solution.   We will provide support and training for

the small to mid-size owner operator or fee manager.  However, Dick Jonilonis &

Associates is no longer selling the product. Tenant Pro claims over 18,000 systems

in place nationwide.

Recognized as the industry standard for Property Management Software. 

Dick Jonilonis and Associates have extensive experience with Yardi Systems

for Support, Training and Consulting. Dick Jonilonis installed his first Yardi

Systems Software in 1988. We currently only provide Training and Support for

Yardi DOS, Windows Professional, Genesis, Enterprise andVoyager
