WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS SCHEDULED AT PROPERTY MANAGER'S REQUEST

All Day Training & Workshops for Rent Manager, Manage-IT!, Yardi, Tenant Pro

INTERMEDIATE WORKSHOP

A. The workshop is designed to assist current users of the Manage-IT!, Yardi, Tenant Pro software through data conversion, start-up, processing techniques and automated bookkeeping concepts.

B. The workshop is designed for attendees that already have some familiarity with the software, related software tutorials and/or presumes some prior exposure bookkeeping/accounting principles, and some Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP/ME Operating System knowledge.

$250.00 per Seat (discount of $125.00 applies for two users on  one PC; $375.00 instead of $500.00)

 

Half-Day Workshops for Rent Manager, Manage-IT!, Yardi, Tenant Pro, 

ACCOUNTING BASICS  

I.   Overview & Orientation

A. Workshop is designed to complement and supplement attendees understanding and comprehension of basic accounting and bookkeeping operations, standards, and practices, specifically in regards to the Computerized Property Management Software.

 B.  Provide specific instruction to enable attendees to participate in accounting systems Planning, design,  and implementation of new or modified, accounting activities.

ADVANCED WORKSHOP

Many of the features can be classified as other than basic features, or features more appropriately implemented at some time after the basic receipts, payables, and reports processing.  For our purposes we can define those features as Advanced or Phase 2 and 3 features.

MAINTENANCE WORKSHOP

1. Recording common area and individual commercial/ residential unit maintenance problems in a quick,  efficient, and accurate manner.

2. Scheduling,  assignment, and completion of maintenance tasks     

3.  Record keeping and processing to correctly document the maintenance processing. Create Work Orders, resulting in one or more payables, and/or one or more charges to be applied to the tenants ledger,  plus a unit maintenance history record.  Unit asset details which include cost,  warranty information,  and possibly a depreciation schedule.

$125.00 per Seat (discount of $75.00 applies for two users on one PC; $175 instead of $250.00)

The above prices are subject to change with a 30-Day notice.

Once a Year we hold a year-end User Group Meeting (FREE) to our clients on the year-end closing procedures.

 We also publish a regular news letters for each of the software programs to keep you up to date on what’s going on in the automated property management business.
